Ways to Give
Because we do not turn away anyone from treatment due to financial restrictions, we rely greatly upon the generosity of individuals and corporations to support the agency's work in the community. Donations of time, in-kind support, and funding allow us to continue meeting an urgent need in our community. While we assist over 1,200 clients per year, it is estimated that more than 50,000 people in Mercer County are in need of mental health services, but cannot afford it. We can provide even more individuals in need of quality behavioral healthcare with your financial assistance.
AAMH is a community mental health agency “dedicated to empowering those with mental illness through a variety of behavioral health services.”
Your contribution will help us to continue to provide these important services to a vulnerable segment of our population.

Planned Giving
We would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss how you might include AAMH in your planned giving. Our supporters feel a connection to the importance of providing mental health services to everyone, especially people who cannot afford it. Our supporters also recognize that they can have a greater impact by being generous to a local community charity.
Our clients have benefited greatly from the continuity of our care because of people who have:
- donated stocks and bonds
- included AAMH as a beneficiary in wills and life insurance policies
- honored loved ones with memorial gifts to AAMH
- endowed an AAMH program
Volunteer
We also need volunteers who can donate their time and expertise. You can volunteer at a one-time special event or provide ongoing help with committee work and operations.
